We want you to love your new stuff and if you don't we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! No big forms to fill out or some 20 point process you need to write Just 3 simple steps. It really is that easy.

1-Call our Toll Free number 1-877-505-0BMX (in Utah call 1-801-546-BMX1 (2691) and let us know what the issue is. We will need your Order number located on your purchase order you recieved with your order. You must do this within 30 days of the original order date. Sorry but after 30 Days your S.O.L. if you don't know what that means ask your parents!

2-Package the unused product(s) you want to send back and either ship them using UPS or USPS. The shipping costs will be your responsibility! If you send your package back to us C.O.D. we will not accept it!

NOTE: If we can obviously tell you used it. You will not recieve your refund. Sorry but it's really hard for us to sell used stuff. Ya know!

3-When we recieve the product(s) we will examine them, then issue you your refund minus the orginal shipping cost. It's that easy so don't worry we got your back!

How long will it take?

If your order is placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and the item(s) are in stock, it will likely ship the same day. If not, it will ship the next business day. It will take from 1-10 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method. • We do not bill to APO/FPO boxes, please forward prepayment to us in $U.S. Dollars.

We generally ship within 24 hours (ARO) after receipt of order of in-stock items. We may require signature upon delivery. International shipments are available and are shipped with major carriers or via freight forwarder of your choice. If custom embroidery is need shipments will take longer based on our Emrodery vendors schedule. You will be notified of an approximate delivery date.

So you are pacing at the door waiting for the UPS Truck to drop your stuff off. Well save yourself some greef and read this and you'll get an idea of when your stuff will show up.

If you order by 5pm Eastern Standard Time on a Monday through Friday, and you use Three Day Select, Two Day Air, or Next Day Air, your item will ship out the same day as long as it is in stock. Please see the chart below to figure out specific days.

If you order Next Day Air on Saturday, your order will go out on manday and you'll have it on Tuesday!

Free shipping orders, whether they are made before 5pm or not, usually ship out 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Free shipping (Economy) takes 7-14 business days.

Freight shipping (Huge boxes, etc) takes 10-14 business days.

USPS shipping is not a guaranteed service. Delivery time for USPS shipping is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday). If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. Tuesday is then Day 1. If you order by 5pm EST on Tuesday, Wed will be Day 1. Savvy?

If you made it through our shipping explanation alive and fairly sane, we think you're ready to tackle String Theory. On your own, that is (we have, erm, shipping to do).

UPS Ground shipping takes 1-6 days, depending on your location.

We only have to charge Sales Tax in Utah:

Businesses only have to charge sales tax for customers in the state that your business is located. We're only in Utah, and since most of you aren't, we don't have to charge you a cent. If you live in Utah, you will be charged sales tax. (But you also get to brag about living in one of the best BMX scenes in the world.)
