1-Call us at 1-801-546-BMX1 (2691) and let us know what the issue is. We will need your Order number located on your purchase order you recieved with your order. You must do this within 30 days of the original order date. Sorry but after 30 Days your S.O.L. if you don't know what that means ask your parents!
2-Package the unused product(s) you want to send back and either ship them using UPS or USPS. The shipping costs will be your responsibility! If you send your package back to us C.O.D. we will not accept it!
NOTE: If we can obviously tell you used it. You will not recieve your refund. Sorry but it's really hard for us to sell used stuff. Ya know!
3-When we recieve the product(s) we will examine them, then issue you your refund minus the orginal shipping cost. It's that easy so don't worry we got your back!
