The 5050 Family would like to thank Gorak and his crew down in Australia for raising a bunch of loot for Mikey and his family! The BMX World never ceases to amaze me!

Saturday, October 25th 5050bmx and Outsider are having a Benefit/Jam for Mike Aitken at the Tanner Park trails. All proceeds are going to the Mike Aitken Fund. We have a ton of stuff for raffles and auctions. Please note that this is also the annual Halloween Jam too, so come dressed up.
•Best Dressed: receives a SHiTLUCK package.
•Best Carved Pumpkin: receives a S&M bikes care/parts package.
The support for Mike Aitken has been tremendous! Thanks to everyone who has given thus far, and to the people that are putting on Jams for his Benefit. He still has a long road ahead of him, so don’t give up on the donations. He will need our help!! Also, by donating on the 5050 site you become entered in a raffle for the complete S&M/Odyssey bike that we posted up yesterday.
You can view some of the other benefit Jams at the Odyssey site. Here.

We’re all loving the love for Mike Aitken. All of these benefit jams are seriously amazing and showing how close our BMX lifestyle truly is. Much Love!!
Also throwing a Jam for Mike Aitken on November 9th, Mike Cottle and friends has some ramps set up at his buddy Matt’s house (all the roots ramps). Some sponsors have thrown in a ton of gear to give out. “Mikey has been a amazing guy and done nothing but been rad to me and my family since the first time I met him a little over 10 years ago. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do on my end over here in the FLA.” – Mike Cottle.
Also in Johanas Burg, South Africa Tyrone Bradly has a benefit jam too. Mike has traveled to SA a few times now and has made a large impact on the scene over there. Show some love and support this one for sure!
Thanks for throwing the benefit jam’s for Aitken. You’re doing the right thing for sure!! If anyone else wants to show the love and help out, attend a jam or get involved and put one together for Mr. Aitken.

Tony Cardona hitting up the 10′ Quarter in Matts backyard! Cam cooked up a nice little swath to top the night off.

Tony Campos is having a Jam at his house in San Fransico If your within 150 miles you should be there cuz it gonna be a hella good time. Tony is one of the funnest dudes I have ever met. Sorry I can’t make it. Next Year for sure.
The KINK team came through the shop on Wednesday and they gave away a few things for the kids that showed up. It was good to see some old faces and meet some new ones. You can hop over to the Kink site to see some pics of them hanging out at the shop and view some other stuff that went down at some of the local SLC parks. View pics here.
Cam Wood, Fuzzy Hall and Matt Beringer are heading back east today to hit up the Brawlin’ at the Belmar Bash.
