Today I had the pleasure of riding with Mike Aitken and Jason “Skier J” Eichhorst up at Oakley Park. I’m so damn proud of Mike. He has been through so much with the whole right side of his body coming out of paralysis and being extremely weak. He still had nothing but smiles as he was cruising through the park. About 20 minutes into our session a few kids from Heber City rolled into the park and were clapping for Mike as he would land what used to be the simplest of tricks for him. Thanks Cody, AJ and Randy for supporting and not judging. You guys Rule. Mike is definitely back, but far from 100%. I don’t want this to be misleading, he has a long road ahead of him. But I have no doubt in my mind that he will be back killing it. After all he is MIKE AITKEN…I love ya.
