We want you to love your new stuff and if you don't we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! No big forms to fill out or some 20 point process you need to write. Just 3 simple steps. It really is that easy.
1-Call us at +1 (801) 796-BMX1 (2691) and let us know what the issue is. We will need your Order number located on your purchase order you received with your order. You must do this within 30 days of the original order date. Sorry but after 30 Days your S.O.L. If you don't know what that means, ask your parents!
2-Package the unused product(s) you want to send back and either ship them using UPS or USPS. The shipping costs will be your responsibility! If you send your package back to us C.O.D. we will not accept it!
NOTE: If we can obviously tell you used it. You will not receive your refund. Sorry but it's really hard for us to sell used stuff. Ya know! Shipments refused will be charged shipping costs, both ways. Even if your original order included free shipping, you will still be charged for these shipping costs on a refused package.
3-When we receive the product(s) we will examine them, then issue you your refund minus the orginal shipping cost. It's that easy, so don't worry we got your back!
